Ateneo calls for donations in One Big Fight vs COVID-19

Ateneo de Manila University is urging everybody to be a man for others in the continuing COVID-19 crisis.

With several of its student-athletes already having done their part to help out during the enhanced community quarantine, the Katipunan-based school is itself pooling contributions through its Disaster Response and Management Team (DReaM Team).

At the end of March, DReaM Team has already distributed groceries and personal protective equipment in the thousands to 27 hospitals and 15 partner communities.

And that is just the beginning. “On behalf of every Blue Eagle both past and present, we are calling for more donations for the Ateneo DReaM Team,” three-time men’s basketball champion Matt Nieto said.

He then continued, “This is our One Big Fight right now.”

Donations may be sent to Ateneo DReaM Team via BPI and Metrobank.
